Londoner Josh Edwards began Blanco White as a solo project in hopes of tying together his studies of Andalusian music with his personal musical roots. After studying guitar in Cádiz (Spain) and the Andean instrument the charango in Sucre (Bolivia), he grasped the intricacies of these instruments and through Blanco White, was able to deliver them to the world in digestible, unique records. Edwards first EP was self-produced and published through Yucatan Records, but the most recent EP published in 2017, Colder Heavens, was created with help from producer Ian Grimble, who has a myriad of personal accomplishments. The recent singles released from Blanco White have been carefully crafted records showcasing the talents and understandings of the band. With every new record, the band  makes massive strides towards honing their sound and as they tour the US again in 2019, they’re sure to surprise and impress crowds around the country.

Jupiter Coyote

Saturday, September 7, 2019 · Doors 3 / Show 3:30 · Tickets

29-years into their career as a band, Jupiter Coyote is nowhere near slowing down as they embark on another round of shows this winter and continue to record their live shows to share with the world. JC has never been shy of collaboration either as they’ve shared the stage with The Allman Brothers Band, Dave Matthews, Widespread Panic, and more. All shows with or without these bands bring the same energy to the audience and Jupiter Coyote’s family-like dynamic adds to the homey and lively feel of their shows. With such deep history as a band, it’s easy to get comfortable and repetitive but JC ensures that between the guide (banjo neck, Stratocaster body), complex vocal harmonies and crazy lyrical abilities there is never a shortage of new and interesting content on their albums.
