Elizabeth & The Catapult
Elizabeth & The Catapult
Elizabeth Ziman, who performs as Elizabeth and the Catapult, is a critically acclaimed singer/songwriter from New York, living and working in Brooklyn. She's toured with the likes of Sara Bareilles and Kishi Bashi; collaborated with Esperanza Spalding, Gillian Welch, Blake Mills and Ben Folds; scored, with Paul Brill, a variety of international award-winning documentaries including "Trapped,"
a Peabody winner; and won An Independent Music Award for Songwriting, Folk category. Her songs have been featured in national television campaigns for Google, Amazon, Sky TV, and "So You Think You Can Dance".

Always writing, Elizabeth has narrowed her vast collection of previously unrecorded material down to her fourth full-length studio album "Keepsake,"produced by Dan Molad (Lucius) and featuring collaborations with Richard Swift
(The Shins).
Jake Sherman
Jake Sherman
With one foot in the piano pop lineage of Ben Folds and Randy Newman, another foot in the jazz organ tradition of his mentor Dr. Lonnie Smith - and perhaps yet a third foot in the expansive soul of Stevie Wonder- the three-footed Jake Sherman has proven that he can walk the walk.

Sherman honed his sound by playing gospel organ at Baptist churches in Brooklyn, as well as performing and recording as a sideman with such artists as Bilal, Meshell Ndegeoello, Chance the Rapper, Nick Hakim, Gabriel Garzon-Montano, and Benny Sings.

Exhibiting a wide scope and endearing humor, Sherman’s music is a synthesis of popular and esoteric elements, combining glimmering orchestral spacescapes with lo-fi drum machines, and vintage keyboards. But make no mistake - this is pop music, cemented as such by Jake's lyrical charm and strong penchant for melody.
Marielle Kraft
Marielle Kraft
Sought for her honest lyrics and remembered for her catchy melodies, Marielle Kraft is a singer/songwriter currently based outside of Philadelphia in Delaware. Self-taught, the Rhode Island native began playing guitar at 16 and soon writing songs that take shape as honest stories through comfortable arrangements, following suit to artists like Shawn Mendes, Maggie Rogers, and Taylor Swift. Oftentimes these stories are ones that we all find a piece of ourselves in, yet are crafted in a way simply unique to Marielle's artistry.

Over the past few years, Marielle Kraft has self-released 1 original EP, as well as two singles, including the release of her first official music video (How Far You Feel) in collaboration with Heuristic Films.

Her live EP, The Gibraltar Sessions (2016), features a stripped down delivery of 5 original songs that seamlessly match clever lyrics of love, longing, and identity with refreshing melodies which many claim "ring in your head for days afterward."

Her 2017 release, the indie pop single "How Far You Feel," has already collected over 250,000 streams across platforms. It seeks to understand the dichotomy of physical vs. emotional distance in relationships.

Marielle Kraft regularly plays at venues across the Mid-Atlantic, sharing stages with names as big as Fatai, Kris Allen, and Betty Who. Her live shows are a seamless narrative that captivate the audience through the natural ebbs and flows of life's journey through love: for friends, family, partners, and yourself. The raw authenticity with which Marielle invites listeners into her story cultivates a relationship with them beyond the song. The unique personal connections she creates with her fans have been integral in propelling her career in music.

In spring 2018, she was crowned Grand Champion of the Muzikarmegeddon Solo Singer-Songwriter Competition, and in June she delivered a Tedx Talk at Firefly 2018, discussing the vital art of honesty rooted in her songwriting process.

Marielle's new single, Test Drive, was released on all platforms on August 25th, 2018. In just two weeks, it reached 25,000 streams and continues to make an impact on the indie pop scene.

“It channels harsh, cynical emotions and releases them in a way that is engaging, exciting, and meant to bring others together," Marielle says of the pop single. "The idea that this song of painfully breaking two people apart can become an anthem of moving forward with heads held high, for me, is the sweetest kind of break up retribution.”

Since leaving her teaching career to pursue a life committed to creating music in summer 2018, Marielle has announced plans to tour in different regions of the country and release new original music coming soon.
