Story District
Story District
The almost too-good-to-be-true tales make audiences guffaw, cringe, and tear up” — Washington Post

“...settle in as Washingtonians bare their souls and tell entertaining tales about everything from security clearances to online dating’’ — Washingtonian Magazine

Story District is closing out its four-show series at Union Stage with an unforgettable final act. In this series, Story District remixes some of its funniest, weirdest, and most moving tales from past shows. Story District has been turning good stories into great performances for the past twenty years--regularly selling out DC’s top venues like the Lincoln Theatre and the 9:30 Club and coaching hundreds of people each year in the art of storytelling. This show will feature performances by Joseph Price, Cody Pomeranz, Jenny Splitter, Michael Zhuang, Amu Saidman, Mike Kane, Stephanie Garibaldi, Sara Armour and Amy Saidman.

"It's better than stand-up comedy-- It's like if David Sedaris, Big Brother and This Is Us had a baby. My friends and I laughed and talked about the show for hours." -- a fan
