– There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets unless a show is canceled. If a show is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket for the original date is good for the new show. Hang on to your tickets. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can facilitate a refund or exchange. You have seven days from the postponement announcement to reach out and receive a refund or exchange. If a show is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and refunds will be issued within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
